If returning an item, you will be responsible for the shipment, all related costs, and risks related to the return shipment.

We understand that plans may change. However, cancellations or modifications to any scheduled lesson or service made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will forfeit the full service fee, and customers will be charged accordingly. Good Juju Reeds LLC reserves the right to waive this fee in the event of a documented emergency, at our sole discretion.

Once a reed or supply order has been placed, please contact us if you would like to modify. Every attempt will be made to honor this request, but we reserve the right to refuse any changes. Any changes to a lesson in a reed order must follow the aforementioned lesson cancellation policy.

Shipping is a flat rate of $7 per order.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding select holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped out, we will notify you by email.
